Policies & Procedures

  • All orders over $100 require a 50% deposit to confirm reservation. There are no refunds for the deposit of cancelled reservations.
  • All orders must be paid by the invoice due date. If payment is not received, rates and availability are subject to change.
  • Final payment is due before any receipt of rental items or services. Payment in full confirms reservation.
  • All orders over $400 must be paid in full by the due date noted on the issued invoice or at least 72 hours in advance of order date, whichever comes first. If  the truck is loaded for the delivery, renter is responsible for the full rental rate outlined on the Rental Agreement, despite any requested changes.
  • Next Door Rentals does not accept personal checks. Business checks must be accompanied with a credit card authorization form.
  • Renter must adhere to the pick-up and drop-off appointment times outlined in the Rental Contract. Any extension must be mutually agreed upon in writing, prior to rental period extension.
  • Renter will inspect all items and verify quantities prior to accepting delivery or pick-up.
  • Rental items may only be used at the delivery/event address outlined on the rental contract.
  • Replacement charges will be assessed for lost, stolen, missing and damaged items.
  • A non-refundable 10% damage waiver is assessed to all rental orders to protect Renter against damage incurred by normal wear and tear. The damage waiver does not cover the stolen, loss, or damage of items due to abuse or misuse of items. All broken/damaged items must be returned.
  • All rentals outlined on rental contract are final, refunds are not available for unused rental items. All sales are final, refunds are not available for canceled or postponed events.
  • Upon pick-up, all rental items must be free of debris (including tape and balloons), broken down, folded, and/or stacked in close proximity to the exit door in the manner in which it was received.

Linens

  • Table linens must be returned dry and free of food.
  • Linens are required to be paid in full upon rental reservation.
  • All linen rental reservations must be made 5 days in advance of rental reservation date to ensure availability.

Add-On Services

  • Renter pick-up/drop-off is available 4 days per week, Thursday-Sunday. Delivery is available on weekends only, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
  • Next Door Rentals delivers within a 20 mile radius from our warehouse. Standard delivery fee starts at $95. Fee will be quoted prior to confirmed Rental Reservation.
  • Next Door Rentals will deliver to ground/1st floor only. Delivery and/or set-up to alternate places within the building will incur a surcharge.
  • Equipment set-up is available and should be requested at time of order. Rates available upon request.
