Carriage House Inventory Care
For vintage rentals, we will require a credit card on file with your Rental Agreement to cover the cost of any lost, damaged, or stolen items. Although typical wear and tear is expected and is covered with the Damage Waiver, any damage larger than the size of a nickel is considered significant. We charge the minimum of twice the rental cost of the item to cover replacement. Renter will be informed in writing prior to charge.
